Tehran will held intergovernmental talks between Turkmenistan and Iran

Intergovernmental negotiations between Turkmenistan and Iran will be held on April 17 in Tehran. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov will head the delegation from Ashgabat
According to the decree of Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the delegation also includes Minister of Energy and Industry, Water Resources, the heads of State Customs Committee and anti - drug Public Service.
The delegation will attend the tenth meeting of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the two neighboring states, as well as, the international conference "Freedom from weapons and their proliferation: global security, without weapons of mass destruction."
In a telephone conversation, Berdimuhamedov congratulated the Iranian counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad with an opening of conference in Tehran on disarmament, wished success to the work of the forum to develop common approaches of regulation of this important problem of our time.
