Georgia, Tbilisi, June 9 / Trend N. Kirtskhalia /

The Labour Party calls on the state constitutional commission not to extend a term of dictatorship of Saakashvili by the new Constitution. Using the constitutional commission, Mikheil Saakashvili is going to remain at the power as prime minister after 2013, one of the party leaders Kakha Jzaganiya said at a conference.

He said that it should be indicated in the transitional provision of the Constitution that the president can not return after two terms.

"We agree with the article of the constitution that balances all branches of power, where a coalition government is represented. But we do not agree for dictators to come back again and again at different positions," he said.

The Labour Party is going to meet with members of the state commission June 10.
