Flood took place in the Gabala region of Azerbaijan in the Mirzabayli River in the village of the same name, the Emergency Situations Ministry said.
As a result of flood several homes were damaged. Rescuers attracted to the scene, evacuated residents, small and big horned cattle and prevented further flooding of river.
