Georgian Parliamentary Speaker David Bakradze will take part in the Third World Conference of Parliamentary Speakers July 19-21 in Geneva, the Georgian parliament told Trend.
The conference is organized by the U.N. and held once every five years. The event will open with a speech by U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon.
This will be Georgia's second time participating in the event.
Bakradze will also hold bilateral meetings with the parliamentary speakers of several countries. He will be accompanied by a parliamentary delegation consisting of MPs Giorgi Meladze, Khatuny Gogorishvili, Levan Vephvadze and David Bejuashvili.
