Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has offered condolences to the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev in connection with act of terror in Vladikavkaz, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
"Esteemed Dmitry Anatolyevich, the news of a massive loss of life as a result of a terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz was a source of great sorrow to me. On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I offer sincere condolences to you, families and relatives of the dead and the whole people of Russia. I wish the injured soonest recovery," the message says.
