The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an Executive Order on increase of the salary of employees of cultural, youth and sports institutions, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
"With a view of the further strengthening of social protection of the employees of the cultural, youth and sports institutions and increase of the state care for them, I hereby, resolve:
1. Since September 1, 2010 to raise the monthly official (tariff) salaries of the employees of the cultural, youth and sports institutions financed from the state budget established by the unified tariff system, on the average for 10 percent. 2. The Cabinet of the Azerbaijan Republic shall solve the questions resulting from the present Order," the order says.
