President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan today opened the reconstructed Mingachevir-Khaldan highway during his trip to the western regions of country, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
Transport minister of Azerbaijan Ziya Mammadov reported the head of state, highlighting the parameters of the construction works in the dual way of 21 km length. As is reported, the highway links the city of Mingachevir with the Baku-Shamakhi-Yevlakh motor road, also providing communication with the capital city, Baku.
