The Central Election Commission today at a meeting approved and submitted to the Constitutional Court the results of parliamentary elections.
"In the Azerbaijani 2010-parliamentary elections the country achieved incomparable advances in electoral practice," the CEC chairman Mazahir Panahov said at the final meeting.
Seventeen of 18 members of the CEC signed the final protocol of the parliamentary elections, while the representative of the Musavat Party Gulaga Aslanli refused to sign the document.
Azerbaijan held the parliamentary elections Nov. 7.
Azerbaijani Central Election Commission recognized the election results in 46 polling stations invalid.
