President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory message to Emir of the State of Qatar, His Highness Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani on country's national holiday, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
In the letter, the President expressed hope "we will successively continue our mutual efforts to develop and strengthen the Azerbaijan-Qatar interstate relations and ties of friendship and cooperation".
The Azerbaijani leader wished the Emir of Qatar strong health, success in his activities, and peace and prosperity to the fraternal people of Qatar.
