Azerbaijani opposition parties prepared a package of proposals on country's democratic development.
These proposals were discussed at a meeting of representatives of political parties with the Head of OSCE Baku office, MP Mollazade, chairman of the opposition Democratic Reforms Party, told Trend.
"A decision was made to work together with the Baku office and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights in the sphere of parliamentary democracy and a multiparty system. We will carry out several actions in this direction. We have a lot of proposals. We will try to achieve democratic development and transformation in Azerbaijan together with international organizations", Mollazade said.
He said that the issues of changing the electoral legislation, state financing of political parties in Azerbaijan, creating funds, as well as the proposals of political parties regarding the work of developing the civil society were discussed at the meeting.
He said that Azerbaijan, integrating into Euro-Atlantic area, must bring its legislation into conformity with the laws of Europe.
