Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili will make a speech in the Parliament on Feb. 10 in the afternoon, chairman of the parliament David Bakradze said at today's meeting.

"The Georgian President will come to the Parliament for the second meeting on Thursday, February 10, and will make an appeal to the parliament and the public. Regarding the format of the President's speech, a certain tradition has already formed," Bakradze said.

Bakradze said that it is possible that a plenary meeting will be held in the first half of the day on Thursday. The bills will be adopted on the second reading. The other half of the day will be entirely devoted to the President's speech.
