Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met with members of the French Senate Nathalie Goulet and André Will, the ministry said.
They discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation and regional issues. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister noted the potential for cooperation between the two countries.
Senator Nathalie Goulet noted the importance of expanding cooperation in various fields. Goulet expressed the French side's support for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
