The Azerbaijani diplomatic mission in Libya has not yet received complaints from citizens temporarily living there with a request for return, the mission told Trend.
"Thirteen citizens of Azerbaijan are temporarily residing and studying in Libya, and to date, none of them appealed to the diplomatic mission with a request to evacuate," the diplomatic mission said.
People went on the streets in the Libyan provinces from Feb. 15 and demanded Muammar Gaddafi, who ruled 42 years in the country, to resign. According to Human Rights Watch, at least 233 people were killed in clashes, among them, protesters and law enforcement officers. Officially, authorities confirm death of 84 people, RIA Novosti reported.
