Kazakh MP Nurtay Sabilyanov has been awarded the English Queen Victoria Prize.
"The candidacy of the Kazakh MP was nominated by the Nomination Committee of the European Business Assembly (Oxford, UK) for his charitable and social activities, which are characterized by his social programs and revival of national traditions," parliament said.
