The Azerbaijani Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court of Baden-Württemberg, Germany laid a foundation for cooperation. The two courts' chairman signed a declaration for partnership at an international conference on Wednesday titled "Citizen and State - How is Administrative Law Justified in Eastern European Societies?".
The declaration includes an exchange of experiences and judicial cooperation between the two countries.
Baku opened the international "Citizen and State - How is Administrative Law Justified in Eastern European Societies?" conference on Wednesday. The conference is co-organized by the Azerbaijani Supreme Court, the German Society for International Cooperation, and the OSCE Baku Office.
