Turkmenistan destroys drugs

A large-scale operation was held to destroy a large consignment of drugs seized during successful special operations conducted jointly by law enforcement and military bodies in Turkmenistan.
The operation was held in the town near Ashgabat, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper said.
The operation was organized by the Turkmen government, the Committee for the Fight Against Drug Addiction and Trafficking under the Cabinet of Ministers and the state service of the country as a visual confirmation of determination of Turkmenistan and society to confront one of the most dangerous challenges to mankind today.
