Latvian citizens in Azerbaijan will be able to vote in a referendum on the dissolution of the seym on July 23.
They will be able to do this at a polling station, organized by the Latvian Embassy in Baku, Latvian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hardijs Baumanis told Trend.
A national referendum on the dissolution of the seym initiated by ex-Latvian President Valdis Zatlers will be held on July 23. The Central Election Commission (CEC) made this decision in May.
On the day of the referendum, Latvia citizens temporarily residing in Azerbaijan will be able to vote at a polling station.
