President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon signed a decree introducing moratorium on inspection of entrepreneurs engaged in the production sphere from Oct. 1, ASIA-Plus reports with reference to presidential press service.
According to the decree, enterprises engaged in creating new production facilities and using new technologies to expand production are exempted from all kinds of inspection for three years.
This measure is aimed at promoting development of entrepreneurial activity in the production sphere, attracting investments, delivery of up-to-date technologies to the country, creating new production capacity and jobs, and gradual increase in domestic production.
The moratorium does not apply to enterprises against which criminal proceedings have been instituted.
