Number of changes to the standing orders of Musavat party are expected, member of the party divan Gubad Ibadoglu told Trend.
Ibadoglu, who is responsible for the group program and charter of the Organizing Committee of the Party, noted that the group received some proposals.
He added that the proposals related to the powers of the Musavat head, party administration, power of the party's Majlis, as well as the choice of the head of the party.
"The first stage of discussions to improve both the charter and the program has been completed. The final decision will be made at the congress of the Musavat party," Ibadoglu said.
It was decided to hold the Eighth Congress on March 3-4 at a meeting of the Musavat party on January 7.
