The report was made by the head of the Azerbaijani delegation in PA OIC, MP Govhar Bakhshaliyeva.

Mr Bakhshaliyeva said the parliaments of member states are urged to recognise the massacre of civilians committed by the Armenian armed forces against the population of the Azerbaijani town of Khojaly as genocide in the outcome document of the PA OIP and demand to bring to justice the individuals who committed such a heinous crime.

Presentation of the draft resolution on the Khojaly genocide by PA OIP is the important question, Parliamentary chairman Ogtay Asadov said. The adoption of such resolutions by international organisations is very important, he added.
