Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has discussed Azerbaijani-Turkish relations and the peaceful resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict with the Deputy Undersecretary of the Turkish Foreign Ministry Fatih Ceylan in Baku on Tuesday, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said.
The meeting also addressed regional issues.
