Azerbaijani first lady, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva has today hosted a dinner in honor of French minister of culture and communication Frédéric Mitterrand.
Prior to the dinner the Azerbaijani first lady and the French Minister viewed an exhibition at the decorative and applied art center in Kichik Karavansaray.
