President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed on Thursday a decree appointing Mubariz Aghayev as head of Guba region's executive power.
Under another decree of the Head of State, Mubariz Aghayev was dismissed from his post of head of executive power of Mingachevir city.
