On Saturday President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev offered condolences to President of Russia Vladimir Putin due to the floods in Krasnodar region.
"I was deeply saddened to hear the news of mass loss of life as a result of the floods in Krasnodar region.
On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my deepest condolences to you, families and relatives of the dead, and the whole people of friendly Russia", the letter reads.
