Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received Israeli ambassador to Azerbaijan Michael Lavon-Lotem as he ended his tenure, the Foreign Ministry told Trend today.
Elmar Mammadyarov appreciated the current state of the relations existing between Azerbaijan and Israel and expressed his gratitude to the ambassador for his contribution to their development.
Mammadyarov also wished Michael Lavon-Lotem success in his further endeavors.
The ambassador stressed that during his activity he worked hard to further expand and develop the relations between Azerbaijan and Israel and thanked for fruitful cooperation.
