Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov will discuss cooperation with Azerbaijan during his visit to Baku.
Kadyrov will hold meetings with Azerbaijani officials on Nov. 15, a diplomatic source told Trend on Wednesday.
The program of the visit includes a meeting with the head of the Azerbaijani Parliament.
