Under the pretext of defence Israel commits ethnic cleansing against the Palestinians, TRT Haber TV channel quotes Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan as saying on Tuesday.
Erdogan said that the countries that justify Israel's aggression against the Gaza Strip, turn a blind eye to the death of dozens of civilians in Gaza.
He also criticized activity of the UN, stressing that the fairness of the organization causes doubt, because no Syrian or Palestinian crisis have been resolved so far due to some permanent members of the UN.
Israeli Air and Naval Forces continue air strikes on the Gaza Strip for already a week. They killed hundred of Palestinians and this figure may grow significantly with deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip. In addition, Israel's preparation to bring ground troops into the Palestinian enclave causes serious concern.
According to the Palestinian side, over 100 Palestinians, majority of which are civilians, including children and women were killed within the 'Pillar of cloud' operation, launched on Wednesday in the Gaza Strip.
