One of the leaders of PKK announced cease-fire

The second person in terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) , Murat Karayilan announced a cease-fire on Saturday, CNN Turk reported.
According to him, the cease-fire came into force on March 23.
"If the parliament and government of Turkey create a legal framework for the resolution of the conflict, we will be ready to move away", Karayilan said.
The PKK, which was created by Öcalan, has violently fought for the creation of an independent Kurdistan in the south-east of Turkey. The PKK is recognized as a terrorist organization by the UN.
