A lack of UN's definite will allows Armenia not to fulfill its four resolutions regarding the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, Head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration's Social and Political Department Ali Hasanov said.

Hasanov made the remarks at the meeting "Strengthening the NGO - government dialogue" held within the "Organizing the public hearings for the NGO sector development" project today.

"UN is not doing enough to protect the rights of people, countries and nationalities," he said.

"International NGOs and experts in the sphere, operating under the UN, are among the organizations forming its will," he said. "We support them because we want to create a global community where those who are right will be strong. However now, the one who is strong is right in the world. We want the right ones to be strong. The relations with international organizations and the policy of supporting for the international activity must serve to create such a world. We believe that at present, some international NGOs, engaged in human rights, are working subjectively. Their assessment and methodology are incorrect. We are not satisfied with their assessment on Azerbaijan. They are not based on a correct methodology. Most of their reviews on Azerbaijan are subjective."

As an example, he named the Human Rights Watch, Helsinki Citizens' Assembly and other organizations, speaking about their coalition.

"They created a fictitious coalition as if 67 human rights organizations do not agree with the position in the field of human rights in Azerbaijan," he said.

"But the reality is that the opinion of the Azerbaijani society does not coincide with their assessment. We are not satisfied with the U.S. State Department's reports in this and other areas because their sources are suspicious. The sources are not based on facts, which reflect Azerbaijan's public opinion."
