Some international organizations prepare false reports without considering the realities of Azerbaijan and not knowing country's legislation, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, head of Department of work with regional administration and local self-governance bodies Zeynal Nagdaliyev said on Monday.

He made the remarks at the opening ceremony of specialized courses on suffrage for the representatives of district electoral commissions of the Central Election Commission (CEC).
"Preparation for election allows to organize electoral campaign and election in the country at the highest level," Nagdaliyev said.

He said that the election in Azerbaijan will be carried out at a high level in accordance with international standards.

"All conditions for implementation of the constitutional rights of people will be created in the country," he added.

Nagdaliyev said that the seminars for the chairmen of district election commissions of the CEC are aimed at ensuring a high level preparation for the elections.

He also shared his thoughts on the agitation campaign. He stressed that much work has been done in order to improve the agitation work and there will be no cases of sticking pictures on the walls, and special boards will be installed in accordance with country's laws.
"Voter lists that are being prepared in Azerbaijan can serve as an example for many countries. For many years we have been trying to ensure that no voter stays out of the election," Nagdaliyev said.

It should be noted that, CEC chairman Mazahir Panahov, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, head of Department of work with regional administration and local self-governance bodies Zeynal Nagdaliyev, chairman of the Constitutional Court Farhad Abdullayev, the First Vice-Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament Ziyafat Askerov and Head of the OSCE Office in Baku Koray Targay are also participating in the opening ceremony of courses.
