President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today opened Heydar Aliyev Center in Gakh District, AzerTAg reported.
The Azerbaijani President cut a ribbon symbolizing the opening of the Center.
The Head of State was informed that the construction of the facility started in November, 2011.
A statue to national leader Heydar Aliyev was installed in the foyer of the Center. The facility covers a total area of 670 square meters.
Heydar Aliyev Center has a 600-seat conference hall, an internet cafe, an E-library, and virtual rooms.
President Ilham Aliyev viewed an electronic map of Gakh District and electronic boards reflecting foreign visits of national leader.
The Head of State signed a guest book of the Center.
The Azerbaijani leader praised the work done here.
