President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today attended the opening ceremony of the Heydar Aliyev Center in Sabirabad District.
Prior to the opening ceremony, the President was informed about the reconstruction work in the Heydar Aliyev Park. The park occupies a total area of 4 hectares. All conditions have been created here for residents' rest.
The Head of State viewed photo stands reflecting the work carried out in the district.
Then, the Head of State cut a ribbon symbolizing the opening of the Heydar Aliyev Center.
The President was told that the construction of the Center started in November, 2012. The center covers a total area of 5,200 square meters.
The three-storey facility has an internet cafe, a dance studio, a conference hall, a 3D movie theatre, a 330-seat auditorium, a drawing room, a chess room, an E-library, and a photo studio. A bust to national leader Heydar Aliyev was installed here.
There are photo stands reflecting lifetime and activities of the national leader, as well as President Ilham Aliyev`s visits to Sabirabad.
The Azerbaijani leader praised the conditions created here.
