Viktor Yanukovych, who earlier declared his legitimacy as Ukrainian president, said at a press conference in Russian city of Rostov-on-Don on Friday that he has never had property and accounts abroad, RIA Novosti reported on Feb. 28.
"Regarding some sort of funds, money, and property abroad - I have never had any property, I have never owned one. I have never had any accounts abroad. I am a public person. I have declared all that I had and all of my accounts. So it is all empty talk," he said at the press conference.
