Ramiz Mehdiyev’s “Nagorno Karabakh: History read through sources” discussed

The State Committee for Refugees and IDPs held an event to discuss the book of the head of Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev "Nagorno Karabakh: History read through sources" Sept.24.
The head of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs Ali Hasanov speaking at the meeting said that this book was published in Moscow in Russian a few days ago.
He said that dozens of books by academician Ramiz Mehdiyev have been published over the past 20 years.
"This book is a research work. Three of the books written by Ramiz Mehdiyev are devoted to the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Academician Ramiz Mehdiyev also wrote a book on the life and activities of the national leader Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan," he said.
The book contains basic research of the conflicts initiated by Armenians, as well as the general history of Armenia, Hasanov said.
Head of the State Committee recalled that the national leader Heydar Aliyev said that the Azerbaijanis would return to their historical lands at the opening of the village built for refugees and internally displaced people from Khojaly in 2003.
Hasanov noted that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev also always emphasizes it.
The deputies of the Milli Mejlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan Ayten Mustafayeva, Bakhtiyar Aliyev, chief executive of the Khojaly district Shahmar Usubov and chief executive of Gubadli region Malik Isagov spoke during the discussions.
