Representatives of the Azerbaijani armed forces will participate in a number of international events, the press service of the defense ministry told Trend Dec.1.
Baku will host a seminar on "Promotion and application of certification commission" December 2-5, and a seminar on "Language standards and evaluation" will be held in Garmisch-Partenkirchen (Germany) December 2-11.
