GANJA, Azerbaijan, October 14. Foreign military attachés accredited to Azerbaijan visited Ganja, Trend reports citing Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
The visit was organizes by the ministry. The delegation visited the memorial complex in memory of civilians who died as a result of missile attacks on Ganja committed by Armenia during the second Karabakh war.
