BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 28. President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree appointing Ziba Mustafayeva to the post of Vice President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
According to the decree, Mustafayeva was appointed to the post of SOCAR Vice President.
