BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 27. President Ilham Aliyev signed a law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on partial amendments to the administrative-territorial division of Aghdam, Jabrayil, Fuzuli, Khojaly, Khojavand, Gubadli, Lachin and Shusha districts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
According to the law, the villages of Malibayli (Malibayli rural administrative-territorial district), Yukhari Gushchular and Ashagi Gushchular (Gushchular rural administrative-territorial district) of Shusha district are included in the administrative territory of Khojaly district.
Malibayli and Gushchular rural administrative-territorial districts were removed from the subordination of Shusha district and transferred to the subordination of Khojaly district.
Yukhari Veysalli and Aghbashli villages in Veysalli rural administrative-territorial district of Fuzuli district were abolished and excluded from the State Register of Territorial Units of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In accordance with the map attached to the law, 139 hectares of state lands of Divanalilar village in Gajar rural administrative-territorial district of Fuzuli district and 1,025 hectares of state lands of Yukhari Veysalli and Aghbashli villages, which were abolished and excluded from the State Register of Territorial Units of Azerbaijan, were transferred to the administrative subordination of Khojavand district.
Yukhari Mazra village in Sarijali rural administrative-territorial district, which is part of the administrative-territorial division of Jabrayil district, was abolished and excluded from the State Register of Territorial Units of Azerbaijan. In accordance with the map attached to the law, 329 hectares of state lands of Yukhari Mazra village, which was abolished and excluded from Azerbaijan's State Register of Territorial Units, were transferred to the administrative subordination of Khojavand district.
Alijan village in Kohnakend rural administrative district, which is part of the administrative-territorial division of Lachin district, was abolished and excluded from the State Register of Territorial Units of Azerbaijan. In accordance with the map attached to this law, 384 hectares of state land of Alijan village, which was abolished and excluded from the State Register of Territorial Units of Azerbaijan, were transferred to the administrative territory of Khojavand district.
In accordance with the map attached to this law, 186 hectares of state land belonging to the administrative territory of Khojaly district was transferred to the administrative territory of Aghdam district.
Also, in accordance with the map attached to this law, 481 hectares of state land related to the administrative territory of Khojavand district was transferred to the administrative territory of Gubadli district.
