BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 23. Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand Srettha Thavisin has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of his confident victory in the snap presidential election, Trend reports.
