BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 4. Captains Regent of the Republic of San Marino Filippo Tamagnini and Gaetano Troina have sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on his confident victory in the presidential election, Trend reports.
