BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 29. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and their daughter Arzu Aliyeva met with residents who had relocated to the city of Khojaly on May 28, Trend reports.

The reputable Turkish news site Milliyet.com.tr dedicated an article to the President’s visit to Khojaly, emphasizing his words about the Khojaly genocide and saying that Armenia itself must recognize this and apologize to Azerbaijan.
Another news portal of the fraternal country, Star.com.tr, also published an article about the visit of President Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and their daughter Arzu Aliyeva to Khojaly.
The portal's article titled "WARNING from President Ilham Aliyev!" citing the President's statement that Azerbaijan is monitoring the latest developments and sees attempts to raise territorial claims against it again, highlighted the importance of this visit.
The influential Anadolu Ajansi news agency published an extensive article titled "Azerbaijani families begin returning to Khojaly, where Armenians committed a massacre," which paid particular attention to President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Khojaly.
The article began with the words that "the process of returning families to areas liberated from Armenian occupation, which President Ilham Aliyev called the 'Great Return', continues".
The Yeni Safak newspaper also covered the president’s visit to Khojaly.
An article on the authoritative news portal, dedicated to this historic event, attracted attention with the headline "Return to Khojaly, where Armenians committed genocide: Azerbaijani families begin returning."

The Sozcu website also paid special attention to the historic moments that took place in Khojaly on May 28.
The website's article titled "Azerbaijani families begin returning to Khojaly" again focused on the fact that "20 families have settled in Khojaly, liberated by Azerbaijan after 30 years of occupation, where Armenian armed forces committed a massacre (genocide) during the first Karabakh war."
The TRHABER portal also extensively covered President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Khojaly.

The authoritative Haberler.com site presented readers with an extensive article published in connection with the historic visit of the head of state to Khojaly, titled "President of Azerbaijan warned Armenia in Khojaly".
The well-known news portal devoted significant space to the President’s words about the Khojaly genocide, spoken at a meeting with the relocated residents of Khojaly, that Armenia itself must recognize this, and it must apologize to Azerbaijan.
