BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 25. Yerevan is getting ready to respond to the latest 10th package of proposals regarding the draft peace agreement sent from Baku, the spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Ministry Ani Badalyan said, Trend reports.
“Armenia is ready to sign the agreement as soon as possible, following the principle provisions already voiced and presented,” she said.
Armenia received a new package of proposals on the draft peace agreement from Azerbaijan on June 26.
The spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Ministry Ani Badalyan stated on June 4 that Armenia responded to Azerbaijan's latest proposals on the draft peace agreement by sending a revised 9th revision.
Yerevan sent a response to the 8th revision of Baku's peace agreement proposals on April 8.
To note, Armenia had previously sent its version of the text of the peace agreement to Azerbaijan on January 4, 2024. In February, Armenia received additional proposals on the peace treaty from Azerbaijan. The work on the text of the peace treaty is being carried out directly between Baku and Yerevan.
