BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 5. The Baku Network expert platform has aired the next episode of the Dialogue with Tofig Abbasov analytical video project, Trend reports.
This time, Gulshan Pashayeva, a member of the Center for Analysis of International Relations of Azerbaijan, hopped on board the program as a special guest.
Pashayeva made the observation that Yerevan needs to adjust to the new circumstances in the South Caucasus while discussing the normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
“The Armenian government began to better understand reality after getting their fingers burned in the Second Karabakh War. Now the Armenians' castle in the air has come crashing down. However, there are contradictions within Armenia, which are ultimately used by both external forces and those forces that do not want peace to be achieved. Armenia now needs to get used to the new realities in the South Caucasus. Many say that we are very close to peace, but there remain some last sharp 'corners' that need to be resolved,” she said.
