BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 19. Baku is growing into an oasis in the region, said President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin during a limited-format meeting with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Trend reports
"I'm very pleased to be in Baku and to admire the city once again. The city is developing, developing successfully, and, I would say, is turning into an oasis in the region," the Russian leader noted.
