BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 31. The number of voters who will vote for the first time in Azerbaijan’s snap parliamentary election is 51,141, Trend reports.
The Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission, Mazahir Panakhov, announced this at a press conference held today.
Mazahir Panakhov reported that the oldest voter is a 134-year-old woman. The oldest male voter is 109 years old.
