The plan on speed-up the social-economic development of the region, including Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz, Siyazan and Davachi was publicized on 4 August, Trend reports.
The bases of the Agroleasing Joint Stock Company (JSC) will be established in Baku and all economic regions, as well as proposals on provision of agriculture producers with fertilizers, improvement of fertility, organization of purchase, storage and sale of fertilizers will be designed to increase agriculture production.
The proposals on imposing control over the activity of the Agroleasing JSC on the Agriculture Ministry submitted to the President in order to increase economic effectiveness of the Agroleasing.
The plan also envisages establishment of network of social service enterprises of type �Youth House’, restoration of the child spas and construction of new ones, speed-up implementation of the projects for effective use of the tourist potential of the country, adoption of legal act regulating the issues related with tourism zones, designing of maps of the territories suitable for development of tourism.
The proposals on fund for overhaul repair of the intertown and the country roads will be submitted to the President in accordance with the plan.
The plan has been approved at President’s 3 August 2005 decree.
