Around 50 members of the Modern Musavat Party held a rally in front of the building of the Popular Front of Azerbaijan Party (reformers - PFAP) on 8 August. The participants of the action addressed with slogans against Ali Karimli, the chairman of the PFAP(r), and Ruslan Bashirli, the chairman of the New Thought Party (now under arrest ), Trend reports.
The participants of the rally began to throw stones and bottles to the members of PFAP, which led to the confrontation with policemen.
The members of the Modern Musavat were injured as result of stone casting.
The rally continues and both sides remain on their position.
