A press conference was held in the Office of Military Prosecutor of Azerbaijan on 18 August 2005. A military prosecutor Khanlar Veliyev informed the journalists that the meeting was held under the instruction of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for futher improvment of the work between the state bodies and the press.
“The Office of Military Prosecutor carried out definite work on the improvement of the liasions with press. A Press Service of the Public Prosecutor Office was established in accordance with the order by the Prosecutor Generalm” said the military prosecutor.
According to Veliyev, the press service is ready to cooperate with media.
