The head of the OSCE Observation Bureau on Human Rights and Democratic Establishments, Gert Arens, held a news conference on Thursday. Alens noted that 43-member mission comprises only 11 observers, while the rest are specialists on elections.
He also noted that the mission set up its activities on 5 September and was currently involved in analysis of media. Arens stated that the number of observers will grow from 11 to 16 shortly.
