The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) ad hoc committee on human rights will meet in Paris on 15 September, Milli Majlis [Azerbaijan parliament] told Trend.
MP Rafael Husseynov will represent Azerbaijan in the session, which will focus on the prevention of tortures, preparations for a meeting of the committee on human rights scheduled for 13 October 2005, as well as some organization issues.
